• Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an ovarian disorder that can lead to infertility and irregular menstrual cycles, and high levels of androgens (male hormones). it is common among women of reproductive age.
• Acromegaly is a condition caused by the excessive production of growth hormones in adulthood. The symptoms include an enlarged jaw, large hands and feet, and thick skin.
